We had our blown out tire replaced earlier in the week and said we would be back Friday to replace the other 3 tires. We arrived Friday and they sold all of the tires. They tried to sell us others but we refused. We asked for a wrench so we could put our spare back under and they used an auto wrench and broke our wire. We now have 1 new tire and the spare in the bed of our truck. It says, directly on the spare holder, do not use power tools. We are severely disappointed.

Rapid tire is Exceptional. After having a blow out on the log truck. I immediately called Rapid Tire. My goal was to make it there before closing so I could leave the truck over night. They close at 5pm.… I arrived 4:37pm. While I was in the office, waiting to give my keys and trucks information. The tires were already off the truck. 2 guys, then 4 guys, then 8 guys came out and believe it !! My truck had 4 new rear drive tires by 5pm ❤️ Absolutely Amazing Service ! The young woman in the office handled my case professionally. The crew in the garage is amazing. Immediately

Rapid Tire is an outstanding company, it’s a family business and every person I’ve dealt with over the last couple years has been amazing!!! They’re honest and what I like most is how they always seem to under promise and over deliver. Had a set of four new tires installed, called ahead of time and received good service on the phone. I had a few tire models in mind and talked with an expert and came to a decision. Ordered the tires they came in the expected time frame.
I went to the shop and was promptly greeted and had the experience of meeting the same expert to get all of the final questions and pricing. I passed off the keys and watched as a team of technicians worked on removing the old rubber and setting

We had Rapid Tire repair and replace 4 inside tires on our tractor and trailer. These guys are like your own NASCAR pit crew! They came out with 5 guys with great attitudes and did an amazing job. Greg got it done while doing a great job and motivating his guys in the 95 degree heat. These guys are the absolute best , no one else is even close. I say this with over 34 years using truck tire repair companies. Some are good , some are horrible , Rapid Tire has its own category that no one else can even come close. Thank You!! 👍

Rapid Tire definitely lives up to it's name! The service writers were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with finding me the right wheels and tires for my truck for a great price. I also had an oil change and alignment and still left spending less than I thought I would. I'm planning on having them replace my brakes and rear shocks soon. I normally avoid having tire shops do anything other than tires, but Rapid Tire is much more than just a tire shop! very satisfied and 100% recommend.
