Horrible experience! Movers came unprepared, took an hour to receive packing materials that were supposed to be brought to begin with. I was told they would bring boxes and we'd be charged for what was used, WRONG! An hour and a half after arriving, someone brought boxes and tape from Home Depot. I had to pay for ALL the boxes, even though less than half were used!! Truck loaded improperly. Items damaged with no compensation from company. Should have booked with Tropical Movers. BEWARE!!!!!

I arranged a full move and was assured that the two moving guys would bring everything needed to pack up my apartment and move to another 2 miles away in Key West. Unfortunately, after the first hour and a half I noticed one guy was taking things one-by-one, by hand to the other guy waiting in the truck. As in a handful of towels, a blender, 3 pillows, etc. I looked at the truck and they didn't have any boxes! They didn't speak English, and I tried to ask if they had boxes but they didn't understand. I left a voicemail at that time, but I let them move as much as it made sense to
