I really liked how we had a direct person to talk to throughout the entire project who went out of his way to help us. We had an older website but this was not doing anything for us. We just launched our new site and we love it. Their web design quality is very professional and interactive which is what our visitors wanted. If I could I would give them 6 stars because they really delivered a lot more than what we were expecting, especially when it came to the ecommerce portion of our site. Speak to Roberto, the owner. He is patient, informative and thorough. I requested a logo design. He took time to speak with me over the phone and even followed up with me the next day. Design team is talented and efficient. They gave several options from which to choose and with varying colors. Since my design was complicated, I sent a pen draft of what I wanted and the team delivered! Roberto even put in a rush order. He was always responsive.
