Earlier today I received a call from a guy calling from#1.408.505.1276, based on providing my contact information on his website. Out of the gate, his tone was a little arrogant, "know it all", impatient and somewhat condescending. Now I love any professional in this industry who loves to share and educate his clients in a genuine and positive manner; I do this whenever I can with my clients, it is a way to break the ice and establish credibility. My main reason for even looking into Sunrooms was to do my due diligence and make sure I knew all the options and processes needed for Sunroom
