The guy who checked us out was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The younger fellow who loaded the lumber, on the other hand, was not. He gave vague directions and was condescending when asked for clarification. We requested the lumber to be loaded in a certain order and orientation so everything fit. But that didn’t happen. We reiterated our request which irritated the older gentleman who was concerned about closing up. What it comes down to is the guys outside need to take note of the customer service from the guys inside.
