Horrible experience. I dropped a sash off 3 months ago and they still don’t know when It will be repaired (they told me 3 weeks to start). They don’t answer the phone. They miss ordered the glass. I’m going to pick up the sash and bring to another shop. When I did get through to them they said I was lucky to be talking to someone, they usually don’t answer the phone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible service - slow to call back, estimates have no breakdown with costs associated to each item listed, no description of the product they are providing, and minimal discussion or explanation of the work to be performed. Recommend you find another place.
