Been looking at several “brands” for a couple months. The biggest issues with all the online brands were customer service. Or I guess the lack of customer service. We found a local shop that the owner was able to answer all questions, we were able to test ride them multiple times and just completely fell in love with them! Now we have spent the last several days riding trails and the ocean front and it’s a blast! If your looking for an Ebike that has the best battery and feels amazing this is your place. My suggestion test ride some others as we did and then test ride these. You will understand

After purchasing numerous bicycles I thought this was just another standard bike with a battery. I was WRONG ! after only 2 weeks I have over 200 miles on this comfortable machine and everything Dave told me was true 👍(the owner) . if you are in the market give him a visit! I am 300lbs and live 10 miles from the beach and have plenty of battery 🔋when I reach back home ! Also the most comfortable seat and suspension as I can still walk after a 20 mile ride . I also love the free parking ⛱

BIG shout out to David. I was looking to get an e bike. I went to a few other shops. Looking at bikes ranging from 4 to 6 thousand dollars. David showed me a E Lux bike. It had everything those more expensive bikes had but at a much smaller price. I put 28 miles on it on Sunday and 20 on Monday. am having

We don't have an electric bike but found a well priced lock while in the Virginia Beach area and then later that day ran over a screw. I had no tools but headed back to the Virginia Beach Electric Bike Center and Dave was able to sell me a tube and repair it in under an hour. While waiting I noted the excellent selection of electric bikes. Wow has this market expanded. Everything from fold up models to full mountain bikes.

I spent a year researching electric bicycles after first visiting Dave's shop in the spring of 2017. My husband and I found that he possesses a wealth of knowledge about the products he sells and he is INVESTED in his customers' understanding about the benefits of e-bikes. We couldn't be happier with our Pedego electric bikes. They're going to last us many years and we will always be customers of Dave at Virginia Beach Electric Bike Center. He is so helpful without being high pressure. We had to come back for service and he got right on it and could have had my bike ready for same day delivery but I chose to leave it and come back. David provided guidance through the entire electric bike-buying process. He explained the advantages of the different brands of bikes, and he encouraged us to try the bikes out before buying.
