If I could give a zero, I would. This company has been nothing short of terrible. We are literally being harassed to pay $150 invoice for a permit that we haven't received. The invoice had wrong address and wrong county. My husband emailed several times over at least 45 days and we didn't even get calls back or responses to emails.
We were eager to get our system installed however we continu
ed to not get responses from them. We were waiting for a permit to request an additional meter from the city. Still havent received it but we are receiving an invoice to pay for it.

Curtis and his team installed our system a number of years ago and have been taking great care of us ever since. No matter how minor the issue (lawnmower knocked off a sprinkler head or we can't figure out how to adjust our timer), he calls back and comes out to help almost always within 24 hours. When we asked for an addition to our existing system (added drip lines to our deck planters), Curtis and his team got the job done with minimal disruption and digging. He and his team even helped us with our landscape lighting which was installed by another business. I always recommend Irrigation

Irrigation Plus did not properly install my irrigation system and refused to correct their mistakes.
Irrigation Plus installed an irrigation system for me in Oct 2012 & located the RPZ back flow preventer 4' inches above ground in the easement between the sidewalk & street. I complained at the time & Irrigation Plus said they would lower the RPZ and put a green plate over it. The state inspector made Irrigation Plus move the RPZ to 12 inches above ground, and Irrigation Plus said they would move the RPZ to the base of the house behind scrubs where it would not be an eyesore
