I have only had the best experiences here at MedSpa Solutions. The staff are always so receptive and helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable. I only wish they were closer to where I lived!!! I would rather drive an hour and a half then go anywhere else!

Medspa is a great place!! Dr Norma is awesome and makes you feel really comfortable! I also really appreciate Alyssa and Maria they do a great job and super friendly and professional and honest and ready to work with your vision and goals! Also the place is really clean, they do their knowledge and decor is great! Oh and Chris he is very helpful as well! I’d recommend them for sure !!

I am very happy with the services received thus far. I have gotten several microneedling sessions with growth factor from Nana and my skin really looks great. She is wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. They are very professional, accommodating, and always on time. My next session is chemical peel with Botox.

Thank goodness for this place and these people. New York state needs much more opportunities like this for people to access hydration and vitamins intravenously. New York is living in the dark ages! The staff here go above and beyond to make sure that their services Can be accessible to everyone. I would say they could be more affordable but what are you going to do one there’s no real support for the work that they do!

The medical professionals that work here are incredibly caring and went above and beyond my expectations before, during and after receiving treatment. Everything that is managed by the staff is done in a quick, timely manner and again, they are very polite and understanding. Hands down the best place I’ve gone to. They also do not take advantage of clients that have little knowledge on procedures and will gladly walk you through and explain everything to you thoroughly. This place is a hidden gem!!

My lady needed to have a COVID-19 test in order to be allowed to go to Japan on a family matter. There was a tight time-line required by the Japanese government. Chris, at MedSpa made it happen, even to staying in touch with the lab on his day off to make sure we got timely results. Alyssa, who assisted my lady was warm, courteous and professional in every way.
We weren't even there for MedSpa's main focus of work and they gave great customer service far beyond what we usually experience. Go there if you want the same.

Alyssa, Andrea and Chris are amazing! I might be a little prejudice because Alyssa is my daughter but she really did do a fabulous job and really took care of her Mama! I’m thrilled with my Botox and lip tattooing to increase the natural color of my lips. I love, love, love the facility - very clean, friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back for more! Thank you to all the staff.
