Wonderful experience all the way around. I had concerns as we all do as we start to get older and what I needed most was assurance and confidence. This was genuinely delivered. If Dr. wages feels there is something that should or shouldn't be done then he will certainly tell you.
Dr. Wages and his staff are amazing. I had a procedure that required in office surgery and a procedure last February that required surgery to be performed in the hospital. Staff at both surgeries were absolutely wonderful. Experience can be nerve hitting and if provided with the right setting then everything will be fine

I knew I was ready for breast augmentation and after talking with the staff first making my appointment I felt more ready. Dr. Wages explained everything in detail and I ended up scheduling my surgery after the first appointment. The procedure was done in a timely manner and my healing time due to their suggestions was very fast. After 5 weeks I am ready to return to the gym. I can’t thank the whole practice enough for such personal attention and caring. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Wages.

Planning any procedure can be so intimidating and scary. Having said that, Dr. Wages and his staff are incredibly thorough, compassionate and professional from your initial consultation, through your actual procedure to any after care. There is no pressure. However, his results speak for themselves so if you're on the fence, go for it. He's amazing at his craft. Dr. Wages is warm and friendly, but come time for your procedure, he is totally focused on achieving perfection. I would recommend him without hesitation. What are you waiting for.......

Dr. Wages and his entire team are wonderful people. They are not only welcoming, but incredibly gracious, accommodating, and experts in their field (for me, it was laser treatment for a tattoo). I had an excellent experience at North Shore Plastic Surgery from setting up the consultation to my last follow up appointment. Every staff member was friendly and helpful and Dr. Wages was awesome. He understood the look I wanted and took the time to explain any questions that I had. I am more than happy with my end result. We chose Dr. Wages for my wife's surgery after much research online and he also came highly recommended by the nurses at our primary care physician.The staff was amazing! From start to finish every step of the way we were made to feel like we were the only patient he had and were his number one priority. He listened to what she wanted and was reassuring every step of the way. Even when he called me (the husband) to let me know the surgery was done he assured me that it went perfect and she was going to be thrilled with the results.
