I was in Kent, OH 600+ miles away from home to cover a college football game when the air conditioning compressor went bad on my Mustang. The screeching of the bearing was very alarming. I made an appointment for that Thursday as there wasn't any appointment openings for Wednesday. I went Wednesday morning hoping to get in due to a cancellation. Brooke in Service told me they would do their best to squeeze me in. She understood my situation. I was grateful for that and patiently waited in their waiting room. They had coffee and hot chocolate available, comfortable seats and a TV. I had my laptop

I generally avoid dealerships like the plague, but a family member recommended Ty Davis and he works there.
