Born in Moscow, Russia, Attorney Yekaterina "Kate" Mesic immigrated to the United States with her family in 1997 and settled in Jacksonville, Florida. Since then, she has made the state her permanent home and now represents individuals throughout the area. Attorney Mesic is an experienced and compassionate trial attorney with extensive experience in litigating both criminal and civil legal cases.
Having represented thousands of clients across northeast Florida, I come into every case with a wealth of experience and knowledge. My trial experience includes a wide range of offenses from misdemeanors through life felonies. I take pride in fighting through difficult cases that other lawyers may turn away.

Note, very importantly, that no actual physical contact is required in order to prove Assault in the state of Florida.

Working with Kate has been great. This was my first time hiring a lawyer and admittedly I was a bit nervous about the whole process. Kate and her team clearly explained my options as well as set my expectations appropriately. Kate was diligent in her efforts, even though the counter party was being difficult to work with. I can never say how thankful I am for Alex and how much he helped my case and livelihood.
