Creative Sign Company was founded in 1985 in De Pere, WI. Purchased by Todd Thomas in 2003 (on his birthday), our small sign company had a staff of seven and a modest 8,430 square foot building. In 2012 we added an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Department, which now produces and ships ADA compliant signage all over the country and beyond.
After purchasing the company in 2003, with a staff of seven, Todd has grown the number of employees to over 50, and renovated the building to over double the square footage. He leads his ever-growing team with energy and a love for satisfying every customer. Todd regularly donates signs to good causes, serves on the Board of Directors for My Brother's Keeper, and is President of the Wisconsin Sign Association.
Sales & Needs Assessment: Your Creative Sign sales representative will meet you onsite for a personal consultation to discuss your signage needs and advertising goals. With their help, your vision can be pinpointed and presented to our design team. We also offer free estimates and onsite demonstrations of Watchfire Message Centers.
Creative Sign is very different than the other places I've worked. We are treated like adults, trusted to get our work done well and timely, without being micro managed. I wish I would have had the opportunity to come here sooner. We are a growing company, so we are always looking for hard-working, passionate people to join our team.
When our monument sign was installed, we immediately saw an increase in both sales and customer count. By the end of the year, we had enjoyed a 7% increase in sales. We show an image of a type of flower we have in stock on our Watchfire electronic message center, broadcasting that it attracts hummingbirds, and they sell out immediately!
