For over 20 years, KLM's founder has worked with commercial contractors, builders, businesses and home-owners alike. Originally founded in 1994 to provide masonry services, the business quickly grew into brick and block foundations for new construction homes. Over time, our services evolved to support commercial projects and the public sector by building and renovating schools.
Services
We can support small to large size installs, from a basic driveway to a 20,000 sq ft warehouse floor and foundation, with footers and loading docks. Not your typical fly by night contractor, we work with generals and architects during the early planning stages, to ensure grades and soils are handled strategically.

We hired these guys to completely fix and re-do our garage that had badly cracked and sank over several years etc. They came in and did the job over two days. It turned out awesome! Crew was professional, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and you could just tell that Ken has a hard-working & experienced crew. I highly recommend KLM for concrete jobs and concrete work. Thank you KLM for offering high-quality service at a fair price! It's certainly refreshing.

Glad I found Ken & KLM Concrete. If he doesn't answer your call, he returns it promptly after finishing up a job. He helped me when I was in a bind getting a slab poured before cold weather set in and also came back to help me do some saw cuts in my foundation after hours as he knew I was on a deadline. I don't generally write reviews or recommend someone, but I feel safe doing so after dealing with Ken.
