I love using Batch for our corporate holiday gifts because of the excellent customer service and international shipping. I browse their full catalog and put together custom boxes. I really appreciate that they let me do this. They are very attentive and responsive. I love the landing page they make for you, and it saves me so much time instead of gathering all my clients addresses. My clients are excited to see the options they can choose from, rather than receiving a mystery gift. They also have competitive international shipping rates so I'm able to use one company for all our gifting.

Used Batch a couple of times over the last few years and had a great experience so decided to use them this year for all of my client holiday gifts. The large order process was extremely easy, the basket options were extensive, the deliveries were much quicker than I anticipated, and I received fantastic attention throughout the whole process. Absolute best place for ALL the made in TN products. I consistently use them for personal & professional gifts. Easy to order & pick-up & often have sales. Great staff too. They recently raised their shipping prices, which I don't love but I'll still use them. Will just try to do more pickup orders.

The folks at Batch Nashville are AMAZING! My sister was having a bad day, and I'm stuck 4 hours away from her, so what do I do? Super cute little store inside of the Nashville Farmer's Market! They had lots of local gifts and souvenirs to choose from. The person working there was really nice in helping find items I was looking for and also gave a sample of some delicious cheddar crisps! Recommend stopping by here if you're looking for souvenirs!

Batch is a store located inside the Nashville Farmer's Market specializing in local goods. It is the perfect place to get a souvenir if you are visiting from out of town. I like to bring visitors here but on occasion I like to get something here as well.
There are a few Nashville companies I love which sell their products here. They sell soy candles here from a Nashville-based company called the Southern Firefly Candle Company. I always get the Amber Oak scent, it smells so nice! They also sell many baked goods here. I've gotten their No. 5 Lemon Drop cookies from the Shortbread Shop

Nashville has so many amazing local businesses and Batch is a great place to purchase a lot of them. Don't be confused, Batch is located inside of the Farmer's Market. It's small but has a lot of stuff. Most, if not all, of the products are local to Tennessee. If I need a gift, this is always on my list of places to check out. They have a variety of things like food, candles, house decor, clothing, baby stuff, jewelry, books, lotion, etc. Pretty much anything you could want for a gift...or something for yourself! I ordered about 90 custom-made gift boxes for a corporate event in January. Nancy at Batch was so incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my long-distance ordering and change orders. They also printed custom notes for each of the gift boxes and printed our company logo on the boxes, which was a great touch! To top it off, everyone raved about the edible items in the box, including me. Every single item was soooooo good, and I'm pretty picky!!

I wanted to send my Nashville clients a holiday gift basket all the way from Los Angeles and Keaton helped me put it together, last minute, within 30 minutes and I am having it delivered early tomorrow morning! Batch is within the Farmers Market, and it's a great place to buy gifts for friends or family - locals or non-locals! They carry a variety of ingredients that are locally made - candy, snacks, books, cards, art, and so on. Batch is a cute little food and etc boutique shop in the farmer market. We purposely came here because we saw that they carry Willa's shortbread, which we happened to have when we were at loveless cafe, but loveless only had 1 box left!!! So glad to have come though because they have so much more decadent and delicious goodies. Duck fat caramels. Yes you read that right. So bomb.

I love putting batch boxes together for our clients, so many local items to choose from for girls and boys, Hot chicken cook books, soaps, candles, food items, pictures, baby stuff, pencils (yay) all sorts. The boxes have travelled far and wide across oceans and people love it. Spend around $75 -$100 and you can give a great box, Spend $10 and you can leave a pillow gift for a guest. Service has always been friendly and helpful

Great little souvenir boutique at the Farmer's Market. I bought my boyfriend's parents a gift from here before meeting them and I know they're going to love it. I just left the store, one employee was not friendly. I will shop elsewhere next time I want to give friends from out of town a little Nashville gift to take home. Nashville vendors might want to remember that not everyone is s tourist (and be nice to them too). Your stamped brown bags to be considered gift wrap. Please do not tell a customer they didn't spend enough money to have a item wrapped. Every dollar counts(or $50+) when you are in sales.

I'm a huge fan of this service. I'm a real estate agent by trade and whenever I sell a house, I send the client a batch (or 3) as a closing gift. I've ordered dozens of batches, and I have never had an issue.
Once a liquid item leaked, so they sent a replacement immediately. Another time the batch couldn't be delivered to a condo development so they reached out to my client and found another way to make the delivery.
