Stopped in once and one guy wouldn't get up from the table while playing on his phone to help and the other guy said he was brand new and didn't know anything. I asked for a specific tile and for a price. They said the owner would call with a price and never did. Tried stopping in one more time and they were closed at 1 on a Friday.

This place came to my house to measure and told me they would call me with an estimate. They never called. I only needed one room carpeted. I guess since it was a small job, they were not interested in my business. I ended up going to Lowes. Funny thing is, Lowe's convinced me to re-carpet my entire house. Chisolm Trail actually missed out on a large job due to their poor customer service.
