A complete exam is where we evaluate all the teeth and surrounding tissues, and advise you on the best treatment plan for your dental needs. Dark and stained teeth can be treated with whitening techniques We use two kinds of whitening methods. One is a method that consists in making. We use digital technology to obtain our x-rays, this helps us to achieve results in a fraction of the time it takes conventional x-rays to develop.

One method consists in making a custom made tray for the patient, so the patient can do the whitening at home as directed by Dr. Mejia, usually for a few days. The Second method is a laser treatment that we do in our office which usually takes about an hour to complete.
We use digital technology to obtain our x-rays, this helps us to achieve results in a fraction of the time it takes conventional x-rays to develop. Having the advantage of the x-rays being digitalized, we can send and print them immediately, and the patients are able to see everything on a screen. Digital technologies also allows us to use a fraction of the radiation of the conventional film x-rays.
We do the prosthetic reconstruction of an Implant. Implants are restorations that have a special metal inside the bone on the site of the tooth to be restored. After few weeks we will place the crown on top of this implant and restore the edentulos area. The Implant is a surgical procedure that will be done by an Oral Surgeon ( Specialist).
This is a treatment in which we reduce a small amount of the anterior enamel of the tooth and take a mold and have the "facing" made out of porcelain that will be bonded to the tooth. This is a very aesthetic solution to stained teeth or teeth that have small fractures, small rotations or are worn down, to restore them to a beautiful smile.

I have been going to Dr. Mejia for the last 5 years. Let's be honest, I have bad teeth. I have always been self-conscious about my smile, but Dr. Mejia has made cavity fillings, annual cleanings, extractions, root canals and crowns (yes, I have had all that work done) incredibly easy. He is affordable, fast, and friendly. I would easily rate him higher if I could!
