Incredibly slow; unable to keep promises regarding dates (promised us a document in April but didn't get it to us until late June, and not complete). Over-bills and under-achieves. Was not able to keep work focused as requested and ended up doing more work (and charging a lot more) than was originally discussed. Worse: I feel lied to. She said she had a good relationship with the other lawyer allowing for collaboration but when all was said and done - no collaboration had occurred and we were stuck with all the work.
