We have a 20 year old apartment with numerous issues. We also have terrible installers in the region and had repeatedly refused to install a replacement washer/dryer we were trying to buy for various stupid reasons after, no exaggeration, 11 attempts by three different appliance store chains. So we just had them deliver it and asked Pruzansky to install it. We had much other work to do at the same time -- replace two toilets, plus the faucets and drains for two sinks (all of which Pruzansky supplied as well as installed), and several other drains to clear.

We had a new installation of HVAC units replacing old ones as well put hot water heater. Mitch and Jeremy are great to work with. Wilfredo at Pruzansky Plumbing helped us with a leak from our toilet. He was on time and had good communication via cellphone. He first diagnosed the problem, and then did a professional fix. It turned out to be the wax seal at the base of the toilet. He was easy to work with and answered all of my questions. Thanks so much Wilfredo for a job well done!

TERRIBLE plumbing and HVAC services. First had them come out to fix a leaky sink, and it was still leaking after a month. They said they would have to charge us another $185/hour to come out because it had been a little over 30 days (and they claimed their work is under warranty for that period only). Then, they came twice to fix a leaking AC unit. The first time the person cleaned the vents and said that should fix it, but it was still leaking two days later. Called them again, they came out and said the drainage was actually disconnected and that there was no way the first person could know that

If I could rate this experience at 0 stars instead of 1, I would. I live in a small condo complex and my unit is above a garage. There was a leak directly underneath my bathtub which seeped through the sheet rock in the garage. My property manager recommended Pruzansky to me, so I called them.

He was here, almost right away....did the work and was finished in a half hour. Not a whole day thing....like some places.

I thought sharing my experience with Pruzansky Plumbing might be helpful to people on this site and may help you avoid the unpleasant experiences I endured.
August 8th - scheduled an appointment with PP to fix a duct-work condensation problem that was leaking from the ceiling. The technician advised that he couldn't do the work at this time. But explained that they would need to break through walls and ceiling to identify where the leaks were and replace the existing insulation.
He explained that they would not be responsible for replacing sheetrock or repairing the holes made during the
