We visited Townsend furniture last Friday (just before lockdown was announced) on the hunt for 2 Chocolate Brown kitchen stools. After checking unsuccessfully in other furniture stores along Frankston-Dandenong road, this was the first shop where the staff actually acknowledged us and made an extreme effort to help us with our search. With no… stock in store to offer us, they checked online and found they could do a special order to purchase the stools in the colour we were after. Not only that, they arranged for stools to be delivered directly to our home address in Mornington to save us
