Services
There are plenty of effective body weight exercises that can be shown if you do not have access to any dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, or other exercise equipment. Unlike downloading a workout from the internet, you get my personal attention as a certified fitness professional to push you, show you how to perform an exercise, and correct your form.

I HIGHLY recommend working out with Warren! I've gotten much leaner under his guidance without actually working out more than I was previously. Warren is very knowledgeable, incredibly easy to get along with, and offers several options for in-person and online training. You won't regret signing up for any of his sessions!

After over a year of looking for personal trainers on-and-off and never finding someone who seemed to fit my criteria, I finally stumbled upon Warren. I was looking for someone with strong experience and expertise, a good sense for how to avoid injuries, and the willingness to help a complete gym novice learn the fundamentals to improve his long term health.

I've been working out with Warren for three months. Prior to hiring him as a trainer, I had spinal fusion surgery. While waiting for the surgery, I gained quite a bit of weight and lost a lot of muscle mass. But in the short time I've been going to see Warren, I've lost weight, lost body fat and gained muscle tone.
