Launched in the fall of 2007, Devore Inspections Inc. is a residential home inspection company owned and operated by myself, Devin Devore. With my classroom experience in architectural design at WKU and field work in various aspects of the construction industry, I am highly qualified to perform quality home inspections that clients both expect and deserve.

I take great pride in my profession, and will always fulfill my role as your home inspector with integrity, professionalism, and quality work. The inspection report starts with a easy to read summary that identifies possible areas of concern and recommendations as to the next course of action.
A home buyer should request an inspection prior to buying a home if the seller has not had the home inspected recently (30-60 days before the home was placed on the market). It is comforting to know the condition of the home and property that you are investing in since ultimately you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of your new home.
