Lenzi Construction built our 16x22' steel beam composite board deck and stairs with a drainage system to keep underneath dry. Ed himself was a pleasure to get to know, he is truly a very knowledgeable professional.
The build was really fast taking only about a week, the permitting process was the worst, Tewksbury is to blame on that end. Ed helped us through it despite their unreasonable demands. The end result is beautiful and exactly what we wanted.
