1. I never wrote a 5 star review for Tibbs before. I don't usually write reviews on Google and I would never review a business prior to the end of our relationship. This is a lie.
2. The flat fee agreement has a refund clause should the case settles in a timely manner, which was the case for me given we never went to mediation, deposition, or trial prior to me firing him. In this case, Tibbs should be billing me hourly and return any unused fund from the flat fee deposit. I received the itemized bill from Tibbs last September and only found out that the bill magically matched

My husband and I hired Krsna Tibbs to help us with a custody issue we were dealing with after we moved to another state from Kentucky. We paid the retainer up front and after finally going to court to get parenting time modified we did get what we asked for but the mother of the kids refused to follow the judges orders. Also she started alianating one of the kids to make her hate her dad (my husband).
