The most important advice we can give a Buyer these days is to take matters into your own hands. Don't let some agent be the only one to decide which houses you look at. Potential buyers must also speak with a bank/lender and get pre-qualified for financing if you won't be paying cash. Experienced Realtors will not show you properties unless you have a recently dated pre-qualification letter from a bank or proof of funds.
For Sellers, Discount Realty Florida, LLC provides full service representation at a discounted commission rate. When the listing broker is DRF, the Seller pays a total of 4% commission instead of the typical 6% most brokerages charge. 1% is paid to DRF for listing the property and 3% is paid to the Buyer's agent at closing.

JR did a great job in the sale of my home. He saved me 2% and other fee’s over other realtor charges. He has a great photographer whom took numerous pictures. JR listed my house in the multiple listing and Zillow. JR was at my closing and was very professional with the lowest commission that I have ever paid out.
