Had to pay TWICE for a service job that should have been done once. Called them last week to report a sprinkler head was leaking bad that they should have capped, and was told they are too busy. They said a tech would call me. After no phone call I called them back and left them a message because they don't answer the phone. I told them their service is terrible and they called me back the next day and told me to find someone else! BUYERS BEWARE! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BUSINESS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I needed a ton of sprinkler repair and they came to my house in Stevensville for a free assessment. They were very knowledgeable, gave me a breakdown of everything that needed to be fixed, the estimated time, and approximate price. After the assessment, they came back to my house the next day and fixed everything. Super professional, hard workers, and great prices. Most definitely recommend and very thankful to find them, as I’ve had a hard time even getting a response from other companies. Thank you for fixing our irrigation, really appreciate your time and help!!

Tim is our technician. He knows where all of the heads are located, where the water shut-off inside the house is whenever he is here. He does a great job making certain our lawn and shrubs receive the water they require. This last time out, he instructed my wife and I how to use the timer box we purchased from him last season. We almost know what we are doing now! Thanks Tim!

Zero regard for people's property. And completely unprofessional. Our neighbors hired DTE to install their irigation system. And while I understand that the guys were working in a tighter space, they displayed absolutely no respect or common sense because they used my newly installed lawn as a walkway and a dumping ground for the dug up earth from our neighbor's plot.
When we first noticed this, I spoke to (who unbeknownst to me was) the own of the company last week. I asked him to please be mindful of their actions and to please not destroy my grass.
