Temperature Systems, Inc. has represented the finest product lines in the HVACR markets since 1947. We continue to strive to give our customers the most innovative products that are the finest and best value to serve the needs in the Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration fields. We also provide the service, design, support and training for these products to make sure our customers are successful serving their customers.
If cancellation is needed immediately, please call Christina (Green Bay) or Sherri (Madison). They must be notified a minimum of 48 hours prior to the session (except facotry sponsored training - see below). Cancellations with less time than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Determine Warranty Status - Contact us with the complete unit model number, serial number, and start-up date. We will research warranty status of the unit in question. Order the Replacement Parts - Once the replacement parts have been identified, please order them from the store or online here. Replacement parts will be billed to your account.

Do not use this company. They literally are located within 2 miles of my home. They billed me travel time to send a technician from 35 miles away, charging me for 1-1/2 hours of travel time. On top of that, there was a trip charge applied of $40. Additionally, they serviced an air conditioning unit that they installed NEW just over one year ago. I inquired what would cause a brand new a/c to run out of freon and they had no answers. No repair made and they just added freon. Bill amounted to $600. Very disappointing to say the least. Don't use them. Customer service is not good.
