Used them several weeks ago for dumpster waste removal
No problem delivering and placing dumpster, however at removal their truck ripped out our cemented in ground basketball system.
The owner was unresponsive to emails pictures etc
Had no recourse but to file a police report and claim with the insurance company
No wonder they no longer service this area

Phenomenal company! Kind employees and quick service. They're a family owned company and are local in Nj. I wish that all sanitation companies could follow their model. The prices are very good. They do more than just trash removals. They do bulk pick ups and even some towns recycling. The owner is actively involved and a big part of the daily operations.

Waiting for my contract to end. They miss pick ups and don't send anyone to pick up like they say they will. They wait until next pick up, so your garbage will pile up if it's a weekend. They have scratched my car numerous times with their cans going past. The new worker leaves the can constantly at the end of the driveway, never returning it, and spilt garbage and left it! I had to pick up the mess that wasn't even mine! And they pile the bags in the street until the truck comes around to pick up. Not fun when it's in front of your house or especially your driveway on a hot

Unfortunately for the past year they forget to pick up in Cranford. Was missed over 20 times in 1 year. If they cant handle pick up in Cranford then they should stop service here. They used to be great guess different management and cant hold onto their employees. Stay away from them totally unreliable

I am from scotch Plains, I had this company for about three years, every so often they don't pickup my garbage or my neighbors garbage in that fact . Very so often they leave my garbage pail in the middle of the street, also employees never wear mask when they come in contact with customers, Owner named Richard Golinello , employees damaged my truck and my wife's car after repeated complaint to owner to never pull over to my drive way . owner abusive unresponsive and never follows up . Now I only hire American companies that I trust.

I have submitted negative reviews before, after many frustrating incidents, not just one. I have to say dealing directly with Richard has helped tremendously. He is very quick to respond and fix the problem. The last 2 times we needed help he called and/or emailed within minutes and took care of everything. No company is perfect but, if you do have a complaint I recommend calling him and sticking it out, it has worked for us and we are satisfied customers!

After purchasing my home in NJ, I found out sanitation was not included with the ridiculous taxes we pay in our town. Anyway, we have a choice of about 4 or 5 providers, I chose Grand Sanitation based on their competitive rates and their customer service. The employee who answered the phone on my first inquiry sounded like she was smiling on the other end. I appreciated the positive energy. Since then they've always been polite & helpful when I've called. The sanitation workers on the truck respect the property and place the bins neatly back in place. They've never complained

The price is good, but I canceled my service as they just can not figure out how to close the trash cans. Its really ridiculous, especially if its raining.
Also on multiple occasions they have left the can in the middle of the driveway.
I had to call twice and each time I was promised that they would close it but never followed through.

RICH will also call you screaming incredibly defensive telling you he called your new trash company to "tell them about you". Take a business course Rich. Putting my home address and phone number on here will not intimidate me and make me remove the review. Nor will calling other trash companies. Also stop calling your own employees uneducated.
