I took my car in to get some vinyl wrap removed and to get my car polished in Jan 2022. I picked up the car three days after I dropped it off. While my car was in his shop, all 4 of my taillights were cracked/damaged. The owner of NB prestige refused to accept that he or his staff did this damage even though my car was in perfect condition when I brought it in. Do not take your car here.

Brought in our car to get detailed before selling. The price was $150 before tax/tip. Our 2013 interior looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. The attention to detail was amazing. They were also extremely professional and the whole experience was easy. They stayed late to finish my car so I could get it back the same day. I will definitely return next time I need a car detailed and highly recommend them to anyone.

New Braunfels Prestige Auto Detailing is a great place to take your car for detailing. I got the interior of my car done. Austin did a great job getting all the pet hair out of my entire car. It looks brand spanking new! I also got my headlights cleaned, they came out looking super shiny. I will be bringing my truck in for a deep cleaning soon. Thanks again!

Prestige Auto had great reviews, so we decided to have them detail our truck we are putting up for sale. I can't convey how great it looks! Water stains are gone, interior is spotless, and the exterior looks sleek and clean. I highly recommend Prestige for the ultimate in auto detailing. We will be using them in the future.

Met with the owner, immediately you can tell they put their soul into making this the best detail shop. All the cars were immaculate, professional waiting area, with a state of the art facility. They guys were hard at work. Cannot pick a better detailer than them. Not many people I trust with my cars, but Prestige has great options for paint protection I couldn’t turn down.

I took my Porsche 997.2 C2S to NB Prestige, paid $35 for a hand-wash / prestige wash, and was incredibly surprised with the high quality of the work performed. These folks are true professionals that take the proper care to address the cleaning of your precious vehicle. In my entire time of taking cars to car washers and asking for a hand-wash, I have never been remotely satisfied w/ the work performed, neither anywhere in Dallas where I live nor anywhere else that I've been to... until now.
