Oahu Gymnastics and Ninja proudly offers Recreational and Competitive Team programs for children 18 months-18 years old. Our experienced coaches offer the highest level of instruction for all ability levels. At Oahu Gymnastics and Ninja we believe gymnastics can be a key ingredient in your child's development, building physical strength and self-confidence.

Services
Parent/caretaker participate with their child and help guide them through brightly colored obstacle courses which are used to teach the child beginner gymnastics skills as well as colors, counting, shapes, patience and so much more. For the safety of the children, one adult per child. Tiny Tumblers is a fun and playful introductory gymnastics class for your preschooler.
The Junior Olympic program was developed with the belief that all athletes, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. Our JO Program allows the gymnast to advance at her own pace while learning basic to advanced skills. Athletes will compete locally and on the Mainland as they move up in the levels.
At OGN our ninja classes will offer an athlete the opportunity to explore their limits by utilizing our unique 5 part curriculum which includes, Ninja Gymnastics (green tape), Ninja jumping/running (yellow tape) Ninja climbing (blue tape), Ninja strength (Red tape) and Ninja respect and confidence (black tape).
