6/18/21- we ordered flowers and needed them delivered same day. I was a little hesitant after reading other reviews and I'm out of state and so there was no way to pick these myself. I wanted to avoid using national delivery services due to the high service charges. I noticed Sheila's had a website, but when I called and spoke to the store, I was told that those were examples, but there was no guarantee that those are the flowers that would be used. My husband order painted black roses for Valentine's day for me, when he picked them up they were grey and cream colored. Basically only sections of the cream colored roses were painted! Not worth the $82 He paid for them and having to respray them so they looked like black roses and not a complete mess! Will find a different florist!

I ordered a very specific arrangement that was all wrong when I picked it up. The colors and vase were not what I asked for and the flowers looked half dead already. I ended up asking for a refund and building my own. I still haven't received my refund and it's been about 3 days. I'm going to have to call them again to get my money back. My husband got be a beautiful arrangement from here once though, so maybe you have to go in and order instead of placing one over the phone to get good service.

If I could give negative stars I would. Completely unprofessional. Would tell us she would call us back about doing our wedding flowers but never would, treated us like we were not a priority. She said to call back in a week and we did but she would/could never talk to us. The rudest "professional" I have dealt with.

Very uninterested lady behind the counter trying to tie a bow and would not even acknowledge me until I went directly to her. I asked for a purple arrangement for my daughter's birthday. She replied "for a funeral?" Not paying any attention to what I was saying and then pointed to the cooler and said to go see if I liked anything in there. Never gave me any sort of help and never tried to make a sale or try to make this customer happy. I am sorry to see Bob Steele's closing because this is not an alternative. NEVER AGAIN. How rude!
