This place is the cutest little hotel. My family loved that there were 3 rooms and beds. My kids played outside and made friends with other kids staying there. They were short staffed and we were able to get breakfast at a sister hotel. (A really good breakfast: eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee, yogurt, etc) if I'm ever in kanab again, I'd stay here.

Great place to stay in Kanab. I really appreciated the family units, which feature separate bedrooms, so that my friends and I could have some additional privacy and a good rest without waking each other up in the morning. Also it comes with a hot breakfast next door. Plan to stop here again next time I drive 89.

Excellent stay! The motel staff were very nice and accommodating. They called to see when we could check in as it was getting late on our arrival and let us check out late for no extra charge. This is a motel, but very clean and has that nostalgia. Very affordable as well. Centrally located in town. Free breakfast at their sister hotel 2 blocks away and wifi was free and strong signal for streaming and work. Mini fridge in the room. No microwave in rooms, but a communal one in the office. A must stay!

Pros breakfast was decent down a block at sister motel best western. Front desk there only pimited hours so concerns dealt with at best western. No microwave in room had to go to front desk during their limited hours. Beds comfortable. Small pet run clean.Very old building in need of some upgrades repairs. Dated stained carpeting small closet and bathroom. Shower spray hit the wall about 5 ft up difficult to rinse off. Tiles missing from the shower base baseboards falling off gaping open under the shower . Screens on windows old and rusted. You can hear every step from upstairs guests squeeking

We very much enjoyed our stay at Aikens. The hotel has a great retro feel and a perfect location in the downtown area. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. Loved the large picture window in the room! This hotel is a sister property to the Best Western a few steps down the street so guests can enjoy all the amenities down there as well. My only suggestion to the owner would be adding microwaves to the rooms. We used this hotel for 3 nights as our hiking base camp and a microwave sure would have been handy.

Nice place to stay for a night with adequate facilities and a charming 50s Hollywood theme. Nostalgia is strong here, and the rooms are adorned with old movie posters of movies filmed in "Utah's Little Hollywood".
The staff is polite and will work with you for whatever requests you may have.
Great location! Convenient walking distance to restaurants coffee shops, and interesting tourist attractions.
No bathtub, only a stand up shower in the very small bathroom (which the hand-washing sink was oddly far away from).
I would stay here again.

This is a cute, quaint and cozy motel which is a great cost-effective option while exploring the surrounding areas. It’s centrally located within walking distance of the main area of the town in several restaurants. When checking in I saw something on the counter along the lines of “refurbishing” which led me to believe that the family who owns the hotel is taking old motel and giving it a second life. And they’re doing a great job! You can feel the love and care that has gone into sprucing it up. There are several cute touches to elevate it from just another roadside motel - from the color
