Comfort Service Agreement Report

With a Comfort Service Agreement, we will provide one Precision Tune-up per year on each of your HVAC equipment. We agree to provide you with a complete precision tune-up, either annually or semi-annually as described below for your heating and / or air conditioning equipment during the term indicated.

I had called to hopefully find a part for my AC which is an older model and apparently har to find. Called gave them the info waited about ten days and called back to see if they had found anything. Was told they would check with a certain person on it. That was almost a week ago. I know my part is hard to find but at least as a business someone could at least call and say we are looking but avent found anything yet or just " I am sorry , but we can not find what you need." Basically at least a phone call from someone there letting me know that they have even looked at my info and are trying to

Furnace not working, temperature dropping. I left a message and was called promptly as soon as store opened. They came out quickly job was done. Heat is on.
