I received superb support from Nick at Entropy. Needed a new battery for MacBook and he was prompt, informative and professional. Went the extra mile and cleaned the interior of the motherboard while he was replacing the battery. Price and labor cost was very, very reasonable. Could not recommend Entropy enough. Top shelf professional service.

Although my printer couldn't be fixed, Nick tried everything he could to make it work. He kept me constantly informed including pictures of everything he did. He was willing to order parts and not charge me if they didn't get my printer to work. I highly recommend Nick at Entropy for printer repair.

Entropy Solutions is a lifesaver! My Canon Pixma MX492 printer stopped working after I cleared a paper jam. It gave me a 5100 error code. I work from home, so I need my multi-function printer for printing, scanning, and copying pretty regularly.
I first tried calling Canon, but my printer was just months out of warranty so Canon didn't offer any IT support or repair services, but directed me to their website for tutorials.
I read a bunch of tutorials on the Canon website and also googled the problem and watched several YouTube videos. I tried cleaning the cartridge glider and following

I'm so pleased with the quick response time, professionalism, and support I received from Nick!
My Lenovo Ideacentre 520 27icd purchased in April 2020 froze and I was unable to reboot Windows 10 after multiple power up/down cycles. Blank screen after Logo!!!
Nick scheduled a same date phone appointment and we discussed possible issues and a potential solution to try before dropping off for diagnosis and repair. Turns out it was an issue solved over the phone. Very patient with me and ultimately gained my trust for future repair, or other IT support!

I accidentally shattered the screen on my iPad and called Entropy solutions for help. Nick gave me a fair price after a quick response to my inquiry so I brought the iPad to him for repair. While making the exchange of the screen, he accidentally damaged one of the connectors so he contacted me immediately to let me know what happened and told me he was purchasing a new iPad for me and there would be no charge. This is a level of service so rare that I was shocked. Total honesty and integrity. I convinced him to at least let me pay for his time and even then he was more than fair. This is a gentleman

Nick surpassed all my expectations by getting my water damaged laptop back up and running.
My MacBook Pro was dead for a week after I spilled water on the keyboard. I was hoping to recover some of my files and send the laptop to a scrap yard, but Nick put in extra research to figure out what parts he needed to replace to get it up and running. All in less than 24 hours! After reviving my laptop, he installed the latest OS and cleaned the screen and keyboard before returning it to me. This will be the first place I take electronics in the future. Thank you again Nick!

I highly recommend Nick. When I first reached out, he advised me to check to see if my warranty covered the damage.... it did not, but I thought it was extremely nice of him to suggest it. I needed help fixing my laptop, from the beginning to the end he was professional, quick to respond, and kept me in the loop though the whole process. He was quick, easy to work with and I would definitely hire him again.

FIVE STARS OUT OF FIVE STARS!!! My updated website necessitated migrating my former email over to another host and Nick successfully did it without my blood pressure going through the roof!!!
