Received very flippant, rude response to a general question during a home closing involving a large cash wire transfer. Completely unprofessional. This was my third home closing, so it's not like this was my first rodeo and I didn't know what to expect. Unnecessary and again, unprofessional. Our realty company was very embarrassed for suggesting we work with this company, and that will NOT happen again.

Closing was honestly probably the easiest part of the whole house-buying process. Lindsay M. from Heritage was super organized, had everything in order, and clearly explained what each document was. We had one question about a fee, and she got on the phone with our lender and immediately provided clarification. The meeting took all of twenty minutes; it was a great start to our first day as homeowners to get all the paperwork taken care of so painlessly.
