I've been coming here for over 3 years and at first the bedside manner was terrible and the customer service as well. Now, they have earned their 5 stars because they really go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable and resolve any issues or concerns you may have. I'm very happy with my new implants hopefully with time, I will get more done with the success of these implants. Thank you D3.

Last few visits, had a different dentist tell me conflicting advice. Paid for a $300 mouth guard suggested by one dentist which was very uncomfortable to wear and a following different dentist said this was a piece of junk I should have paid for a different company to make. How can two people say different things and I lost $300 for no reason. Then while I was pregnant, they wanted a cleaning scheduled at 9 months in which I could not lie flat anymore, so I cancelled that appointment. Will be switching dentists.

I never thought I would say "I loved visiting the dentist" EVER. For most people that probably sounds insane, but then again your most likely not visiting the D3 Dental staff in Horsham PA. Everyone is awesome, and very personable no matter the day, week, year etc. I actually think they love their careers, because they made me love them. From the head DMD to the front desk you're missing out on a luxury experience when it come to customer service in the dentistry if your in care of another office. I had an amazing experience at D3 Dental today. The Dental Assistant was extremely personable and warm, making great conversation and even a book recommendation for me as she worked. The main dentist was great as well, very warm and comforting, explaining everything that she was doing and what I could expect. Before I left, I made appointments for my husband and 2 daughters as well. I am grateful that I found them.

I don't know what I can say here that hasn't already been said about the friendliness, professionalism, and outstanding patient care at D3 Dental in Horsham, PA, except that on my last visit I was very lucky to get Dawn as my dental hygienist as she is only at the Horsham location on select days and is an excellent practitioner. I most appreciate how patient and thorough she was in explaining to me the holistic importance of having a healthy mouth, and for convincing me to better invest in mine. Just had my first experience at D3 Dental and I am so so glad I found them. Everyone from the admin staff, to hygienist, to doctor was amazingly kind and gentle. I have had very bad dental experiences in the past, they understood completely. Dawn did everything to make me feel comfortable and at ease.

Don't like going to the dentist, but D3 makes going fun and as painless as possible. Everyone is super nice and gentle when working on your teeth. Very clean office and plenty of parking.
Having insurance is amazing, but if you are someone who does not have insurance, I find their prices are affordable, and they will go out of their way to assist where they can.

I had a crown done on a molar by Dr. Desai a couple months back. It was in pretty bad shape and after the initial work was done I was experiencing a fair amount of sensitivity which is bad and looked like I may be heading for a root canal. Dr. Desai took extra time to try other remedies to eliminate/reduce the sensitivity of the tooth and I am happy to report his patience and extra measures paid off! It took a little longer to place my final crown but I am nothing short of thrilled with the outcome. Not only does it feel fantastic - it is hands down the best crown I have ever had placed in

I had the worst experience here. I had to have some filling done awhile ago and after my procedure, the dentist kept telling me to bite on the bite strip the check for high points and they wouldn't even look at it and kept asking me how they felt. Uh, my mouth is numb from the full block injection of novacaine! I can't feel anything! Not only that, it took me well over 4 months to regain full feeling after my visit.
I was terrified and thought I was never going to regain full feeling in my mouth.
