We have been consistently impressed with the product, service and support from Velocity Network. They not only have the most reliable business fiber connection in Erie, but the local sales and support is beyond awesome. Like, a local tech on the phone on the *2nd ring* kind of awesome. It always amazes me the difference in the quality of customer service we receive when dealing with Velocity vs other service providers. I will try and keep this brief, however there is so much to cover. My company recently upgraded 2 PCs in a critical department. As with any migration, there were some growing pains that were expertly navigated by field technicians Jeff Heisler & Holden. Throughout the process of dealing with antiquated third party firmware and hardware, Mr. Heisler was forced to make no less than half a dozen calls to one of our software providers. These calls were met with varying degrees of know how and/or competency on the software providers end of the line. Jeff was able to keep his cool and get us operational

Top notch response time and very accommodating. We had a phone line question as to wether our lines are VOip or analog for a security system. Unlike the security company that wanted to charge me to unplug and plug in two phone lines, they offered their immediate assistance for anything that needed done on their end. I must add that this was on Thursday and I couldn’t be reached till Monday. They kept the case open and called me within 1 minute of me emailing them my cell number. Problem fixed.

The phone service is in need of some major help. I can't call forward, and i keep hearing excuses from Julie, I can redial unless I dial 1-then the area code. One time she told me that on there end it was just a check box that they clicked on and that I should be fine.

I currently use velocity internet and phone service for my business. The internet is great however the phone service goes out frequently. Velocity usually gets it fixed within a couple of hours, however I am in a food service business and when the phones go out we can't take any orders. So if the phones are out for 2 hours that's two hours worth of orders we don't get.

Probably one of the worst companies to deal with in Erie, Pa for IT Services. The VP of Sales Chad is an absolute slime ball. You will be over charged and under served.
You feel like they are always trying to hard sell you on something; then charge you 2-3 times the local going rate.We dealt with them for some server purchases and IT services a few years back.
