If you have anxiety about the home buying and VA process, seek Tim's help! He was very informative in the VA process from the paperwork to the inspection requirements. Tim was able to help me purchase a home within 35 days during the pandemic with inspection issues. I had no doubts about his work ethic. He was always available, and as someone else stated, he made me feel like I was his only client. I purchased in Tampa, but he informed me he had clients in Pinellas County and in areas outside of the Tampa Bay area. His hustle and attentiveness helped me be in the home I have now. I met Mathew when I bought the house and everything was smooth and efficient. Got a great price on the house also. During the time I owned the house I had repairs that needed to be done and Mathew suggested someone he works with. The painting and repairs far exceeded my wildest expectations. We worked with the BEST Realtor Tim, he went out of his way to make sure we closed on time and every issue was resolved. He made us feel as if we were his only clients... Heroes for sure! I was in a bind and had to move quick. With just 24 hours notice Matt had 10 houses lined up for me to see in a wide radius. He spent many gracious hours with me with patience and humor. Alone in my search I relied on his expertise to point out the pros and cons of the houses and the areas.
