My daughter was involved in a accident Jan 6 on reelfoot avenue. Not only did I speak with the police dept I spoke with the them I told them I was on my way to get the vehicle do not tow it. He said he was 3 an a half hrs behind I said I will b there in the hr an 20 min it took me to drive it. I arrived at the scene of accident no car. I started calling he said the police department notified them 4 times to get the car which was not in the road. I called the police department they said they notified him as a routine call at the time of accident. Charged me 200.00 to tow the car appx 1 mile said

Just had my 2007 chevy tahoe serviced at allens and after doing a radiator pressure test done it was diagnosed a rear connector was the reason I was losing antifreeze. after paying $239. and some change my vehicle was presumed fixed. the following day I drove my tahoe about 3 miles from my home and noticed my vehicle was spraying antifreeze from the front of my vehicle ( has never done this ) and a pressure test would show this. so I contacted allens and took the vehicle back to them and after another shady diagnosis I was told it would cost $ 414.and some change because now my radiator has a crack
