I started my career with State Farm in 2013 and became an Agent in 2017. I was born and raised in Ceres California, married my high school sweetheart, and am currently raising my 3 children here. I am proud to be able to serve the city and surrounding community that means so much to me. In my off time, I enjoy coaching my daughters softball teams, camping, fishing and competitive sport shooting.

We have all our products with this office. Loren and his team are outstanding. They are professional, great in customer service, they fight for you and get job done with efficiency and accuracy. Will not ever change to another company or office. We have our business insured with them also and they helped us to find the best coverage for the best price. He is my new agent and am very pleased that Mr. Paulson tried to help. State Farm would not cover the water damage in my ceiling from water damage do to an overflow problem from the AC. When I called several companies for help, all were shocked that State Farm does no cover AC systems or the damage it caused.The adjuster didn't seem to really care. I have been with State Farm for over 40 years and am very frustrated learning that most insurance companies cover this kind of water damage and repair.

I might pay a little more but I'm very satisfied with State Farm they mean what they say and say what they mean you always have a human you can talk to and that right there is worth my time and money not changing anytime soon although I fired three previous insurances because they weren't being upfront with me and all are working on a commission and they scam anyway they can I did my homework with a lot of research and I believe State Farm is one of the top companies to go with it was my first insurance carrier at age 16 and now I'm 65 and wished I would have kept them all along

Since I've been a licensed drive I've been with State Farm. In the 25 years of being a customer I have never had better service since Loren Poulson became my agent.
