I have been a consumer of insurance services for a long time and have been a State Farm customer for years, the last several years with Steven Barber's office in Lake Worth, TX. My previous agent retired and my accounts were transferred smoothly. Not having known Mr. Barber, I assumed there would be challenges, but was pleased with the seamless transition. I was referred to Jessica, by my sister. Best referral EVER!!!! Jessica is the best!!! She was able to get my auto insurance & renters insurance bundled together with a lower rate! The best part is, she was able to do most of the communication via text, minus a few things. But she was so helpful & so nice! It felt like I was chatting with a friend!!! I would highly recommend Jessica!! I will definitely be referring family & friends to her!
