We bought a house with their windows installed. two windows are broken and we have been working with the company due to the warranty since winter. They have come out with the wrong size glass twice. Almost summer and we are still waiting! I will not be using them for my future remodel. I would not recommend paying the extra money for this company if it takes them this long to repair windows. For a company this size it is truly disappointing. Your better off using a local contractor.

Canceled initial appointment after confirming a date and all “all our products arrived”. Called to cancel appointment two days later saying “all of our products are not in”. Vac day wasted. Moved out installation date and arrived with broken sink and glass doors designed for a shower, they were installing a tub... put off a full week while we wait on the correct, unbroken parts to arrive, but the shower was done. Shower pressure is minimum, cold water. Thanks! So, to date, no sink, no vanity, no lights in my only bathroom. We had a two day work time estimate. Called with concerns, but was
