Here’s a honest review Jim’ was a very informative on the dump trailer I came 3 times to look at the dump trailer it was a hard decision as I was just starting off my landscaping business and paying $8200 cash was a big deal for me at that time I finally pulled the trigger on it and it’s been great I use the trailer daily and followed Jim’s maintenance advise and have had 0 issues with it other than the ramps placement not being very secure as its only held with a cotterpin dump trailer hauls heavy loads great.. dumps great.. has never let me down considering how often I use it Jim was

A friend of mine bought a 2020 Haul-About Cargo Trailer from RJ Trailer Sales for his business in spring of 2020. Total GVWR is listed at 7,000, no where near the weight amount of equipment hauled in the trail. Since his purchase here's what has gone wrong with the trailer: Bent Axels, Cargo door springs and cables broke, outside paneling is coming unglued, indoor handles screws are falling out. This trailer has been stored inside and not used in the winter. The business that uses this trailer is season only Spring/Summer. While looking for a trailer I reached out to Jim, he took the time to call me back quickly and run through what he had and ask me some questions. Luckily he had one trailer left that fit my needs and his pricing is still fair, some of these other places have jacked them up due to supply issues. I stopped out later that afternoon, paperwork was quick and I was on my way in 15 minutes. I bought a small enclosed trailer from Jim at RJ Trailer Sales. He had one left in stock like I was looking for, and unlike other places who jack their old inventory prices up due to future material price increases, (they can sneak extra profit that way) but he does not. He sold me a trailer that was slightly more money than some used ones I was looking at, at a very reasonable and honest price. I will be back for my next trailer purchase when the time comes. I bought a dump trailer a few months ago from here and and the bottom/side finish has been flaking and peeling off to the point where the inside is rusting. The trailer has roughly 3,500 miles on it and has seen light use with mulch hauling/plant debris removal. When I called to see if there was any solution to this, the owner was of zero help and refused to do anything for me and failed to at least point me in the right direction of fixing it myself.

I love my 2019 10k 6×12 trailer... I look at a lot of dump trailers and mine has many good qualities that I dont see on other brand name trailers. I am a brick mason and its perfect for me. No complaints. Its built well. The only problem that came up was fixed free of charge under warranty at rj trailer sales in the first year and no more issues. Very durable.

Upped his trailer axle replacement Qoute by $200.00 so I asked him if the axle required more shipping than he thought? He said "Yes it was more shipping" than he thought. So I investigated the Dexter Axle he put on my trailer. I found it on MULTIPLE sites for FREE SHIPPING and I felt RIPPED OFF. Also noticed after He repaired my trailer it was missing a carpeted bunk on the fender he repaired "very well" I will give him thumbs up on that. But he said the carpeted bunk "5 strong galvanized screws holding it on" must have fell off on the tow there on a 12 minute drive???? His fender repair was awesome

Previous reviewer is incorrect. Jim does not require $200 for a quote. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He went above and beyond for my husband and I and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. Awesome prices for awesome quality trailers. You won't find a better place to go to.
