I'm not going to lie. There are times it can be a bit uncomfortable but most of the time it doesn't hurt or the sensations are just interesting and very different! The majority of the time you'll feel very little or the sensations you will experience are heaviness at the needling site, achiness, warmth, or a sense of movement radiating away from the acupuncture point.
