Our attorney Michael Friedman graduated from the University of Texas School of Architecture with honors.
After the loss of a loved one, you may be engaged in the court-supervised process of transferring property known as probate. Probate ensures that the deceased person's assets are properly distributed in accordance with his or her final wishes. In most cases, probating an estate includes collecting all probate property, paying debts, settling disputes and distributing property to heirs.

He never knew what my charges were.every time I seen him he would ask what my charges were. I was not guilty. I plead guilty to get it behind me but he didn't do 15 dollars worth of defense for me. I mean apsolutely nothing. I heard he got sugared by miller county s.o. well I'd been better off getting the arresting officer representing me...

I was not represented the way anyone else in the court room was, he didn't ask any of the questions that I ask him to ask , many times the others could of been proven or at least thought of not telling the truth , if questioned. In this case he actually never tried to state what I had told him, and YES EVADANC THAT HE COULD ASK FOR WOULD OF PROVED THE OTHERS WERE NOT TELLING THE TRUTH!!that was1780$ wasted!!
