Dr. Thomas J. McDonald was born in Detroit and graduated from Brother Rice High School in 1978. He then attended the University of Michigan - Dearborn, where he was president of the Beta Beta Beta National Biological Honor Society. After graduating, he went back to school at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and graduated from there in 1985.

Dr. McDonald and his staff are a great team! Being someone that has always not been the biggest fan of the dentist experience, him and his staff are very welcoming, explained all they were going to do, and made sure I was comfortable. He tells you the truth and doesn't make you feel like an obligation. He very much wants to help maintain and improve your dental care, not just fill a cavity and get you on your way. I would recommend his practice to anyone looking for a great, down to earth dentist.

Dr. McDonald's dental practice is AMAZING!!!! All I can say is WOW!!!
My husband and I are new patients to his dental clinic. We came in for our scheduled cleanings and we were impressed with the friendliness of his staff. They are very thorough with the Covid-19 screenings, as well as their disinfecting and keeping everyone safe. I had recently been experiencing some tooth sensitivity and was able to be quickly scheduled for further dental evaluation/restoration.
