Chef Michael's is prepared to help you organize your event from soup to nuts, from site selection to post-event details, or at any stage in-between. At Chef Michael's Catering, all of our event menus are customized to your taste preferences, budget, lifestyle dietary requirements, even religious considerations (yes, we provide Kosher options)! In fact, it's our absolute pleasure to work one-to-one with you, and customize exactly the menu of your choice.
We are constantly adding new items to our hors d'oeuvres menu. If you have a favorite item in mind, and don't see it listed, just ask us! We'll be glad to add it to your menu. Gluten Free (GF), Vegetarian (V), and Vegan (Ve) selections, as well as dietary requests are our pleasure, and we can easily accommodate your needs.
I just attended an outdoor wedding in blazing heat catered by Chef Michael's catering. All I can say is "WOW". This was the best wedding food I have ever eaten and I have been to quite a few weddings. Nevermind wedding food, it was just excellent food, period. The filet mignon was fantastic, i actually saw someone cutting it with a spoon.

Chef Michael's Catering prepared and served a wonderful buffet of heave hors d'oeuvres this week at a corporate networking event that I hosted in Asheville, NC at Highland Brewing Company. Judy did great job assisting me in planning the menu for the event and then she took it from there. My guests were impressed by the variety and quality of the food items .
The serving team took care of every detail and worked tirelessly through the event to ensure all the guests had a great experience. I recommend Chef Michael's catering for anyone planning an event in the Asheville area.

I just love this team! Chef Michael just helped us celebrate an awesome anniversary party - with the same warm, delicious, and Very professional service we savored at our wedding years ago. I actually hail from a restaurant and catering family, so admittedly, my standards are high, and yes, yes, I so enjoyed this experience. This team is also excellent at customizing a creative menu that well accommodates food allergies/sensitivities. It was a joy to work with Judy in planning and serving our special party. Thank you!

Chef's Michael's Catering did an excellent job catering my recent event. Everyone loved the food and the service was excellent. Many friends asked for their contact information afterwards which is a true testament to their good work. I would love to have another party soon just to hire them for it!

My family chose to give back to a group of men at a local 1/2 way house in NC and chef Michael and his wife went above and beyond to prepare an Amazing meal for the men at New Life Recovery House and help… spread hope and love to those whom struggle with self worth and depression, the food was so yummy and the potatoes were Outstanding and such a hit with all of us! God bless you all and know you made smiles and spread love thru the food prepared and delivered

Everything about my experience with Chef Michael's Catering exceeded expectations. They prepared an intimate dinner for my parents' 50th anniversary, and it was perfection! Judy helped me develop a menu that was thoughtful and creative, and Chef Michael's presentation and creation was not only delicious, but balanced and beautiful. We will be using Chef Michael for every occasion in the future. I cannot recommend enough!

We had Chef Michael cater an event in our home. It was the End of Year Dinner for the agents and spouses of the business we own. There were 12 of us. Chef Michael and his wife, Judy, came and everything was perfect. Seriously, we couldn't have been happier. Judy was a professional helping set up and making suggestions on how to serve and present the food and even arrange seating. This being my first more formal to-do she made the whole evening move smoothly. Chef Michael's food was phenomenal. The timing of his serving and plating of each course was perfect. Chef Michael was the caterer we used for our son's wedding in November 2019. They did a fabulous job! We had a theme menu in honor of the bride and groom who are from Colombia, South America and Louisiana, respectively. The food was absolutely fabulous and everything went off without a hitch. They were also very flexible about the venue which kept changing because our house, which we were going to originally use, was not ready. Judy, Michael's wife and business partner, was able to make this change happen, which we so appreciated. Everyone at the wedding raved about the food! Judy even helped us

Chef Michael's catered Blue Ridge Literacy Council's Annual Spring Luncheon Fundraiser and Chef Michael and his crew were so amazing! They were on time, clean, quick and accommodating. The FOOD. Oh the food,… was just incredible!!! There was the choice of either teriyaki salmon or grilled chicken over a Spring salad mix! It was beautifully displayed on the the tables. We had over 160 attendees and everyone was impressed and satisfied! I will always recommend them! Thank you guys for helping make the event a huge success!

I had my first but definitely not my last experience with Chef Michaels Catering. They hosted and catered an event at the Meadows Blake House for the Asheville Wedding Vendors. Their home was stunning! It was an amazing night filled with fun, laughter and most importantly was the fabulous food. I can't stop thinking about that trout dip!!

Chef Michael did an outstanding job at my wedding all of my guests were so impressed with the food and service. Judy not only went the extra mile to make sure my linens were perfect and table setting was perfect, but she was a warm smile after the ceremony congratulating us and offering us waters. Service was beyond my expectations. I'm so… pleased I chose Chef Michael to cater my wedding! Still over a mouth later my friends and family are still raving about the food, and decorations. Really impressive for a great price! Would love to attend a cooking class.
