WOW! I couldn't believe the difference of the tiled floors - kitchen and entrance way - after Chris finished - the floors look brand new, amazing. Brightens up the atmosphere. Chris is very professional and knows how to do the job perfectly. He is very concerned about the outcome of his work and wants the customer to be very pleased with it. Chris was very professional and explained the process quite well. He explained what cleaner we should be using on the tile floors and shower. He is trustworthy and provided a great service and the results were incredible. Our tile and grout in the bathrooms looks brand new after being in the new house for 6 six years. Chris did an awesome job of cleaning, re-coloring and sealing the grout in our foyer. We have always disliked the dark grout color from the day we purchased the house. With a new front door on order our thoughts were to replace all the tile and I just didn't have the time for a major project. Chris didn't just come in and start working. He took the time to get to know me and my family. I didn't feel like I was just "another job", but a valued customer and friend. As far as the service he provided, wow! The floors and the grout look fantastic, even after 6 months.
