While new to the franchise industry in the senior care sector, the LifeSpring franchise represents a ground floor opportunity founded on a successful business model that has been operating for nearly 15 years in Norman, Oklahoma.
Hospice care at home is a compassionate, unique form of care for those faced with a terminal illness. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and interdependent journey whose primary focus is the promotion of dignity and affirmation, honoring the quality of life for the patient, family members, and others close to them.
Do you or someone you know require home assistance? LifeSpring In-Home Care Network offers exclusive private duty services for individuals or families who need assistance with daily living. Companion and Homemaker: Our caregivers prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, supply transportation and, most importantly, offer friendship and socialization.
Telehealth monitors patients' daily health information, compares it to prior data and makes it available to their nurse. Promotes patient self-management, while still maintaining a clinical support structure via LifeSpring's Call Center managed by nurses. Saves money by providing oversight of patients' key vital signs, therefore potentially decreasing frequent hospital and emergency room visits.
