I bought set of Cens proflex+digital 2 back in 2017, they have been great, after 3 years one was slightly intermittent in turning on. I sent them back to puretone for repair, despite the initial cost of the plugs the repair was miniscule in comparison. They came back and I didn't get to use the plugs for another 2 weeks, to my dismay the faulty one didn't work. I called pure tone up and they asked for them to be sent in to investigate. I did as asked and they repaired within a day and sent them back to me the very next day. Super impressed.

Love Puretone! We have been using Puretone and their audiology equipment and other products for last few years- it has been the most pleasant relationship. Great people to work with and fabulous products. Their sales team always offers genuine advice and very helpful when things don't go to the plan (and as any business will know- they dont always go to the plan). For example, during a recent ultra-high-frequency calibration of Cello audiometer, our very expensive headset did not seem to work. This required more time to be investigated.
